Thread: So have we figured out why our speed is so retardedly low?

Just get some 2.8 speed carbines and you will be good. That is what you need to hit cap.
If you use Kryat Tissues (-.5 speed)and an Imperial Retreat Stock on a laser Carbine you should end up with a 2.4 speed carbine.
Don't get mad just tailor your guns to your skills and if you bought +25 skill tapes I am sure you can afford a few tissues while your at it. I also think that most PvPers will use either an Aklay enhanced or Kryat enhanced weapon anyway.

I also have master marksman, so Ive got +90 speed... I think I can cap 3.8ish carbines with that, right? too lazy to calculate it lol

That should cap a 4.0, I think. (No head for numbers, either)

4.0 is exactly correct

master carb doesnt cap on its own - i thought as master carb u only get 60speed - or 70 with master marksman

You only get 60 Carbine Speed at Master Carbineer, but with speed tapes you can get to 85 Speed.
At Master Marksman / Master Carbineer, you are at 65 speed. If you get tapes, then you're up to 90 speed.
