General Ranged aiming applies to pistol, rifle, and carbine aims. Carbine aiming adds only to carbine, you do get both bonuses, however i don't think this caps, (just like accuracy, kinda like combat prowess enhanced accuracy which adds to all ranged weapons)

Personally, as an Engineer not a Corr, I like to see tests that I can myself go out and reproduce or at least be able to make a change and obviously notice the difference.
I am not saying that any of this Aiming doesn't work, but that I haven't seen the proof that it does either......and we know to believe nothing of what we read and only half of what we see in-game
So maybe you should believe nothing I am typing LOL Probably a good thing, my brain is near the melting point with the hundreds of posts I have read tonight......oh but we are having FUN

The other factor that needs to have its effect determined is ideal range modifiers on the weapons. At 22 meters with my DXR-6, I'm theoretically well over 300 Accuracy (with general ranged aiming, I could be over 350 BEFORE food).
