ok just finished master commando and mtka on ahazi and started a new guy on scylla ... and hes a carbineer... well im at novice carbines.. and i wanted to know which skill or skills to work up first before anything else.. PLEASE TELL ME!

counter-insurgery 1 then level in speed or accuracy (counter for burst 1)
