Been a master carbineer for little while longer now and i think this would help out a lot. If they could change how chase cam works so that when we run from a mob click on chase cam and be able to look back and target our enimies using our area attacks to keep them at bay especially if they would fix charge shot 2 . Let me know what you think.

Um... I already do that... where have you been?
You just have to use the keyboard. While your running away, with your right hand on the mouse running, move your left and over to the num-pad and start turning. This will turn your character (I believe it's 1 and 3). But you don't want to turn your character, so use the arrows to get yourself going in the right direction and finish off making sure the mouse isn't screweing you up. I believe you can also change camera angles without moving your character with 4 and 6 on the num-pad.
Once you get used to this it's helpful, especially in PvP when your trying to run away from 6 buffed people charging at you.
/chargeshot1; /ui action cycletargetnext [or something like that]; /chargeshot1;
Lather, rinse, repeat.
