Take a look at this baby!

There are a few problems with it though:
1. Slow attack speed.
2. Low damage range.
3. Radius damage is broken/does not work.
4. No DOTs.
I know I'll hear plenty of BS from the peanut gallery, butI'm sureyou (we) dedicated carbineers can appriciate it.

i assume this is fake...
since the weapon has no serial number

It could be afake and even if it was real, not like any of us could just go out and get this. My SEA's take care of my mods and I assume these don't add to existing SEA mods.
It would be nice to see more good loot drops for Carbineers....
Oh and for those NOOBs out there, loot drops don't have Serial Numbers.....I double checked this in-game with my two DOT Carbines

I found a laser carbine on the bazaar for 6k with the mod +16 accuracy while moving. The thing is the stats basically kill the gun. There isn't much point in using a 20-160 damage laser carbine even if it does have mods on it.

Nope, not a fake... If, for some reason, I was going to do something like that, I'd have "faked" a little better stats onto it.
