Ok, I have read the FAQs but I still don't get it. I'd need help with speed cap. The problem is that I am a Master Carbiner and Bounty Hunter Carbine Spec 4 so I get +115 speed so I get -0.15 in one part of the equation. Being a frenchie also doesn't help
. Can you guys help me find with which attack speed my speed caps? I'd also like to know which special I should use FAS2-Cripple Shot-Burst Shot2? Thx for the help!

That speed equation is only valid for speed mods of 99 or lower. Once you hit 99 or higher, you will speed cap every special with any carbine, no matter what the carbine's speed is.
As for which special to use, they all have their time and place to be used. It depends on the situation at hand. You'll start to get the handle on what to use and when to use it as you gain more experiance with the profession.
This is not directed solely to you Mame, but rather to all Master Carbineers... Just because you have the title of Master Carbineer does not mean that you have truely mastered the profession. To be a true master, you must be wise in the ways of the carbine. To be wise, you must first be knowledgable and educated in the ways of the carbine. Knowledge comes through experiance, and experiance comes with time. Your journey has just begun. Stick in there, and you will figure things out. Good luck.

It appears that he was thinkingthat +10 speed = -.1 speed, which although it sounds dumb now... it was "common knowledge" that this was the case the first month or so of the game. Most people used pistols and +10 speed actually came out to about -.1 speed. Since there weren't that great of weapons available, it took quite a long time to master professions and there were no master riflemen. The idea that +1 speed = -1% seemed ludicris as how could somebody fire a rifle once per second, that's way too unbalanced.
Funny how things turn out.
