I found 8 jars of Krayt Tissue after killing a giant krayt canyon whatever. They have -.31 attack speed and +42 max damage. I was wondering if they're worth anything, and if so, how much?

Okay, I openly admit I am a newbie weaponsmith, but what the heck is Krayt Tissue used for, and dear god why is it worth so much? We're talking harvested meat from them? DNA samples? Sorry, I'm a 'tard.

The nonjerk answer is, they are enhancements for Advanced blaster power handlers that give you great bonuses.

Loot drops. Around every 1 in 5 Krayts will drop up 4-8 tissues.


They add varying amounts of damage (lowest I've seen was in the 20s, highest I've seen was 100) and speed, as an enhancement to the weapons you craft. You place the tissue in the enhancement slot of a Blaster Power-handler, and it automatically adds the bonus to the stats of the handler. The most commonly found Krayt Tissue is around +30 max damage.


They are not worth a great deal as they are so common to those who kill Krayts, but because they are so new and in demand, prices fluctuate greatly, so on some servers they go for 100-200k+.

Currently, the going rate for Krayt Tissue is 125-150k per tissue on Bria.
