hi

i am bh carb, got an e2carb II which is better than proton carbine (same low SAC but +10accuracy and more max damage).

im bh+carb but never manage to kill a jedi^^ or win a duel^^

my snare seems to wear of in seconds again (pistoleers root lasts much more "Longer")

i have autoattack on critical shot and do blind shot and knockdowns manually

but i just cant apply enough damage to jedis, odd

ending up without action soon too

any hints? is carb worth go for or better go for rifleman/bh

its just i thought snare can be useful but snare is not useful at all, NPCs seem not to slow down and palyers slow down for seconds only

depends on the jedi you hunt... - and the damage on your weapon.. full template jedi are too tough for most suingle players to get.. - anyway this belongs on the BH forum i think..

my temp is MBH/MC/Pistoleer 0-4-0-4 this gives me the pistoleer root shot, along with 2 knockdowns, and a snare or 2, and i find this template to be effective pvp or pve...

I do fine myself against most Jedi that are around 190k and less. Success begins to dropsabove 175k with a 200k and up Jedi either requiring some help or some luck. The key I think is food, drink and spice. Use things that boost your action like brandy, breath of heaven and neutron pixie. Get some good stim D's...1200 andabove if you can find them...and some Ruby Bliel (reduces heal recharge time to 30 seconds). Also get some nice damage powerups for your weapon. Next find some friendly Jedi and duel them. After the duelask them to critique what you did. Find out whatcaused them problems and what they recommend you do. Do the same thing for common PvPtemplates if you get involved in that stuff too.

The key really is survivability. You have to make him drain his force barbefore he kills you and this means damaging him while at the same time keeping him from damaging you. You can't see his force bar, but you can see the things he does that drains it. Healing saps him fast so you have to apply lots of damage. Keep outside 40m...thats saberthrow range. Use stopping shot, cripple shot and underhand shot tokeep your distance and as soon as he is controlled start hitting him with critical and legshot...they are your heavy damage shots. You have the tools...you just need to explore them and apply them and you will be alright.

Spice, food and stims are your friend!

NEVER stand toe to toe with a Jedi. Kite the he11out of them.
