I'm sure you guys get this all the time, but here it goes anyway...

I'm mainly a smuggler, but (like everyone else) I'm going for pistoleer too. Basically, with so many choices...where should I put my pistol xp? I'm already a novice pistoleer, and almost have enough to enter one of the skill trees. Should I put it into Dirty Fighting in Smuggler? Put it into a couple of pistoleer trees, then start DF? What shall I do?

Do what you want, but if you wanna be worth a **edit** in combat, get pistoleer master and have smuggler be your support stuff.

The first line I ascended was Stances. Double Tap, Stopping Shot and Fan Shot are all very valuable skills.

I'm planning on being master smuggler/master pistoleer. By the time I get that, I hope the SE is out so I can get on to my REAL profession...Pilot

Anyway, thanks a lot for the advice so far. I was thinking stances looked very good, but then again so did tactics. Anyone else?

I'd recommend Special Abilities for the speed (as well as moderate HAM knockdown). Following that, I would go for Tactics for the accuracy.

Special abilities is the only skill tree I'm working on right now that uses combat xp, so I'll definatly get that ASAP. As for tactics...I think I'm going to go with it because of the accuracy bonus. My goal is to get the skills that will help me get the XP the quickest and easiest so I can gain levels faster, and not missing my target because I'm more accurate sounds like the best way to do that.

Do Image Designer next to get it out of the way. If it opens your slot, you got it by finishing with the easiest profession. If not, that's one that will be marked off your list and you'll only have lost 2 hours of your time.

The best advice i can give you from all the things I've looked at, is that the people that have unlocked their force sensitive character have mastered 3 elite professions from 3 different classes. If i were you i would try one of the marksman professions or the brawler professions. Sounds like you have done a lot, good luck.

I'm in the same boat. Did four Holocron proffessions (had marksman and scout before hand) and I've now mastered all the base proffessions (10 proffessions total). My Holocrons were Dancer, Pistoleer, Ranger, and Teras Kasi. I'm going for an elite crafter class now. I've been working on Weaponsmith but it's pretty slow and after a few days I've only maxed out the Firearms line. So I tried armorsmith out tonightand it seems to go alot faster, plus I can make a product my Jedi will be able to make use of. If neither one of them does it I'll do Doc then probably Architect. I must be the only person who has all Elite classes for his pre-chosen path (assuming 4+1 is correct that is, and I have every reason to believe it is)
