Thread: Where should I put this AA

I know i had a thread for a CA, but I just won a +25 general ranged speed AA and I need a good place for it. I thought about prenerf gloves, but if can I refit that to battle and still have the sockets?

put it in your quad primus layered +50 health ADK RIS helm

I've heared (!) that when you use all the sockets on pre-curb armor and refit it, than the part has additional 3 sockets (totaling 7 sockets). Not sure if it's true, but it's worth a try using cheap attachments. Keep in mind, that after refitting the gloves'/boots' high condition goes down to 100, but that shouldn't make a difference since they'll only decay when cloning.

Or put it into RIS.. if you don't want to use an ADK the armpieces (enhanced with +50 health) would be the best choise. They take only ~3,75% of the damage each and can have 100k condition. They'll virtually last forever.

Well I like factional armor (Plus I already have tapes in a ST arm piece), so I put it in a pre-cu pair of gloves and refited it.

They don't clash too bad with the rest of my armor. Plus I get 3 sockets to play with. I'll toss an ADk on it eventually.

Convert a pre-CU pair of armor gloves to bone armor... you still get the sockets but there's no color, so the gloves are neutral and go better with everything.

Edit: I just realized you already did the conversion. Ooops. Oh well, I'll save that as a recommendation to others.

Blue padded seemed to clash a *little* less with ST armor.

Yes my full suit of Carbineer Comp had each piece magically get 2 more sockets.....not sure if it will exceed the max of 6 mods per piece though. I haven't tried to add anything to that suit.
