Not sure what makes a good Carb sisnc ethe CU just woundering if its worth using?

I would put this into upper middle class.
Damage is a bit below max, but not that bad, speed is acceptable, only the SAC is a bit high. (Though, not as bad as some other carbines i saw...)

It's pretty good, but I think that's basically a high-end PvE gun. The "uber" PvP carbines I see on my server have lower SAC and higher damage (caps at 1065 max).
