yes.. consitering.. some are weapon specfic.. some are not.. soo i figured i would ask... should i ask in the carbiner forum is a rifle tape works??or maybe i should ask you if warcry works..

umm well the ones while moving dont work right?? i hope my anweres i got were right...: )
do you have a master list of what works and what doesnt? or know where i can find them?

I would have answered this when you first posted it if ANYBODY had the CORRECT answers....so no we don't really have PROOF in hard test data from reliable in-game testing.
I do know Speed modifies the 'listed DPS' but even that appears to be pointless with the 'soft cap' on Specials now with their cooldown/cycle timers.

yea thats been the general thoughts from my guild about the caps.. i guess a time stamp would be the only way to truly check this.. I forget how to do that though. The more im thinking about it the more im leaning towards putting in accuracy, and gen accuaracy along with some others.. like healing eff, defence, and something else.. Guess ill hold out a little bit before taping up the suit..
