Anything more exact will be sorted out on TC, but that is what we have so far to give the public.

The bleed shots are totally gone (except Fencer)....LegShot (never had or willhave a bleed)remains but ActionShot (bleed shot removed in CU)does not.....only Fencer gets Bleed Specials and only Commando gets DoT Weapons.
And those Specials you think are targetting Health/Action/Mind are all hitting Health but just a specific physical location on the target....ie taking advantage of somebody not wearing full armor type of thing.
I suggest you recheck those boxes you were looking at because you have gotten mis-information on both things you proposed here ![]()
BTW, thisthread was about DoT weapons, not Abilities, but I hope this clears this issue up for everybody here.

Ahem, according to Blixev (I think it was) the incredibly badly named "alliance disruptor" is supposed to be a DOT-pistol for Combat Medics. (of course, we got the pre-req moved from Pistols to Ranged Support so no-one knows what will happen to the disruptor ATM.)
Ah yes, sorry I forgot that CM will still have some DoT abilities/weapons.....I guess I was hoping those darn CM's wouldn't be DoT'ing me anymore
