E11 Mk. 2 or Czerka Dart
and why???
According the the professions in your signature, neither.
Otherwhise i would say:
- E11 Mk. 2 is lv. 54 while the Dart is only lv. 50, so you can expect a bit more damage on the E11
- E11 Mk. 2 requires Master Carbineer, the Dart requires Bounty Hunter Carbines 4.
- E11 Mk. 2 has Energy Damage, the Dart has kinetic damage
- E11 Mk. 2 takes power handlers and thus Krayt Tissues, the Dart has projectile feed mechanisms and thus needs gorax bones
I still don't understand what is there to "choose", these weapons are so different, your situation surely decides what to take already.
Czerka Dart carbine is kinetic damage. Most players wear recon armor with weak kinetic resists. Get some gorax bones and make a decent 900+ damage one. To be effective in all situations you need both a kinetic and energy weapon.

Would kinetic damage(Czerka Dart) be ideal for jedis then? or the other way around?

Nope, against a Jedi a gun is a gun is a gun. Jedi don't wear scout armour, innate armour doesn't make a difference between different kinds of damage, so just go for the E11 then.

It was just a follow-up question, my intent was to find the best carbine overall in respect to the two carbines, not to make a jedi killer carbine. I could care less. I'm asking from the weaponsmith point of view.

i believe they can, but they are like 20% now aren't they? so my 1110 E11 2 would be like 890 which is still better then my czerka, so go with the E11. however you really can't compare the two or even choose between them because oen uses tissues and one uses bones.

They can. But PSGs are a joke. I know what i am talking about, i wear one. Put 3 shots in it and it is drained, protection is at zero. While the thing recharges, the protection doesn't recover for your gaming session. So, you oncea day get shot at, the shield generator is no more than a nice graphical thing for the rest of the day.

That's why you make your local AS happy and buy a crate or so of them.
