The 47 speed EE3s have been around for a while now, guess SOE wanted to redefine the term 'utterly useless'

Amazingly, I picked up an EE3 as loot from an npc mob the other day. Cool, eh? Yep, except that the speed on it is ... 47.0. Yep, that's 47. I shot at some little light blue mob for jollies, and it near killed me since I couldn't shoot at all for another 47 seconds. Good thing I was wearing armor.
