I was wondering how leg shot 3 compared to leg shot 2. Is it a lot better, or only a little bit better?

LegShot3 appears to be broken. On average i do more damage with legshot2 than i can with legshot3 and i read that LS3 is supposed to have a cone effect.. which it doesn't. Ham costs between the 2 are pretty much identical also which makes me wonder if LS3 is just a LS2 clone with slightly nerfed damage.
