If you are standing at the shuttle port in Mos Eisley looking at the ticket collector, go around the left side of the port and continue down the alley. The trainer is the rodian directly in front of you about 100m away.

Mos eisley, about 3535, -4695. Somewhere in between the shuttleport and starport.
