This is gonna seem pretty green-horned but here i go anyways.
With a Mabari Belt and Ubese Bandolier can you put Armour Attachments in them?You can get them with Sockets, but since they are just basically clothing do you need Clothing Attachments or do they accept Armour attachments. If you coulddrop Armour Attachments in them, you wouldn't need to worry about decay like you would with putting armour attachments inyour actual armour.They would only really decay upon death, and if you are insured and declared, no worries.

Armor attachments.
They don't seem to decay but I'm still apprehensive personally because you can insure them. Decay is also in the tailoring top 5 so they might "fix" it some time down the road. Still putting my nice attachments in a mabari belt though. You can also use an ubese shirt.
IMO they should just allow us to remove attachments from items.

They are armor and you put armor attachments into them. The Ubese shirt is also armor.
Just 1 thing to consider... PSG are belts. So if they ever fix PSG, you might regret putting good stuff into a belt.
