Thread: Has anyone ever seen a slugthrower?

I wonder what a slugthrower is if someone can tell me how to get one I'll appreciate it.

I have 2 of them. Unless you are going for Carbineer, there are much better weapons out there.
They do sound cool, though

You don't need to do all the missions to get the carbine/badge/complete the quest. You can do the last part, go to Lok and visit the research facility, you'll need to pick up two items, one is in a computer type thingy (I forget whats its called) and the other is in a storage box of some kind. Once you have these you can visit Nym, drag and drop the items onto him to finish it.
I believe the gun has been moved to Novice Carbineer for the cert now.

I use 2 slugthrowers, 1 sliced for speed the other sliced for damage. its a nice acid damage weapon. still doesnt beat the laser carbine for brute force.
Just grab a few friends, have them pick up the components with you and you can have 2 to 5 slugthrowers in less than an hour. while collecting the components i came across fighting kimos at least 3 times... great for some additional xp while your getting your slugthrower

hehe i have 4 of them now but one is broken on me wall display.
its a great gun looks cool too
