hiya everyone, i'm a Master Combat Medic / Carbineer, and i'm specifically looking for armor strictly for PvP, not PVE. What armor would you guys suggest? I know nothing about the different armors, so any help to steer me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Heh same template almost:

Master CM/Master Surgeon/Carbineer

Personally I don't like armor for PvE - it screws my stats bad... and what armor I do wear, I never wear a helm. That said, in PvP armor is almost a must (especially vs Rifleman and Carbineers). Helmets will definately help out against those head/eyeshots.

That said, I would like to know the answer to this as well. I currently wear Chitin Arms for the look and PvE, but I am looking for a decent PvP set - with low encumbrances.... I've heard good things about Marauder Armor... anyone?

Wear a shield generator... and all socketed tailor equiptment.. unless yer a doctor . .armor is more of a crutch than a help.

My thoughts;

Not yours.

I'm also a Master CM/Master Surgeon/Carbineer. I wear a full set of Marine armor for PvP. Barring access to that I swap to a full set of Ubese when covert. Considering you have the medic skills to fully heal yourself with one stim, if you have the stats for it, a set of Composite would work well for you as well. Given your profession choices, I would highly recommend using armor against not using it. If you have the big bucks to shell out, a PSG works as well, but if you plan on doing any sustained action then you'll burn it out too fast (in my opinion).
