They really dont look all that special and their stats are worse than just about every other carbine that we have access to. Think of a hybrid between a laser and an E11. with the stats of a CDEF pretty much, best I saw was a 39-150 dmg with a 3.9 speed and horrible HAM costs

you can get a much better elite than that. but they do suck the bawls.

I'd reccomend if u are looking for low HAM and High speed, and consistent Damage go with a DH-17 Snub sliced for Min Damage should bring it's min damage to well over 100 and mine has a min of 110-203 with an aspd of 2.0 hams are 18-26-21 not too bad either, my personal favorite.

Bu u can also get a decent dxr6 (acid) with about the same stats, a little slower and a lil higher hams, BUT it has light armor piercing, as apposed to the AR0 piercing of the DH-17/Snub.

I like these 2 the best, but if u are looking for higher damage, and better armor piercing, go with a laser carbine. they have a much higher max damage, but very low min, like 30-50 the Variance of like 100+ damage per attack is too much, not very reliable, as opposed to the "pretty much" consistent damage of the dxr6 and dh-17.

i would not reccomend buying an elite until they are "buffed" or fixed with a new patch

I am curios as to what they look like, and what are the stats for one compaired to an EE3 or Lazer Carbine.

Picture a fresh pile of dog poo, and there you have an elite carbine.

would you idiots stop telling people to go out and get DH17s.....no armor piercing makes them completely useless in most situations....using one in PvP may be viable, but only if the opponent is wearing no armor, otherwise don't even bother with the DH17.

Actually Xytroncore, the DH17 is pretty useful outside of pvp. I use mine almost exclusively these days, and only switch out to other weapons when the mobs I fight have armor, and sometimes not even then. They have good speed, damage, and most importantly, they have some of the best ham costs of any carbine, except for maybe the CDEF, which doesn't really count! Imho, the low ham costs alone make up for no armor piercing. Granted, once you start fighting mobs with AR2 and up, then yes you need to use a different carbine, but until then it does the job well.
