Thread: Bleed Damage ... constant? or percentage of weapons used?
Greets ...
I have been one of those "switch to CDEF for bleeds" guys ...
I have a question ... where does the "bleed" damage come from?
I understand that it happens about every 20 seconds or so ... is it a percentage of the MOB's health? is it a precentage of what you hit them with? Or what?
Currently I have a macro command that switchs to my CDEF, fires off action1, leg2, action2 then switchs back to my main gun (usually dxr6 or laser).
I then usually burst once or twice then repeat the switch ... sometimes I will leg2 with the high damage gun depending upon what the MOB is low on.
If I hit them harder with Action, does that translate to a higher bleed? has anybody tested this yet?
Thanks

Well, imagine you hit the guy for a normal amount of damage (300 pts). However, instead of him taking 300 points of damage, he will bleed 300 points every 20 seconds. I think it lasts for 10 rounds, not sure.
So, the amount of bleed damage is based on the weapon you use, so I wouldn't recommed doing it with a CDEF.

Thanks ... but I got to ask ... have you tested this or read about it being tested?
I would think this is true ... but was curious about it ...
