Let's see... there's lowered HAM costs for most of the melee skills.. mmmkay... Pistoleer changes.. righto.. BH changes.. got it... Overall KD modifiers... **edit**ty but whatever... hmmm no Carbineer issues... even scout/marksmen CH and even Rangers got some attention, hell the Smugglers even got one down there at the end... maybe I missed the Carbineer part of the patch msg because it was too long... no?

Yeah still no love for carb users. Broken specials and the worst unique weapon. /sigh
