It's absolutely possible. Once you're Master Carbineer you'll be able to chew them up! You will, however, need to go Rebel.

Neat. I can handle going rebel to cream all those little punks.... They keep knocking me off my bike while I'm lagging to inspect my papers. And here I'm just an innocent little lvl 1 reb colonel ace driving along shopping for resourcesto build more starship weapons....

My little noob carbineer is currently CLvl 20. He's imp ATM, but my eventual goal is to slaughter the groups of Clvl 50 stormies hanging around on the larger imp-controlled planets. Is this possible? Anyone tried solo'ing one of 'em?
