Good about the cert and can't say about elemental damage. Now let's concentrate on how many things they broke with these fixes.

Title says it all, grievous striker carb is now a master carbineer cert - and a mighty nice weapon.

Did some more tests and paid closer attention - the elemental damage appears to be working, its just that resists are so high to it that it is almost worthless.Seems like just about anything I shoot cuts the elemental damage in half, or worse - so its really hard to spot that extra 25-45pts of damage.

Yeah, I didn't notice a difference either.

Elemental damage is working. I have my Proton Carbine with 90 Cold doing 90 points of damage over and above my normal. I have an Ion Stunner Pistol which is doing 140 points of Electrical damage over and above my main shot.

Elemental damage is functional.

I just looked at one for sale, and in the window it still says Master Rifleman. So are the properly certed ones only post pub 19?

Mine converted just fine. I'm guessing there's some kind of bug with weapons that were stored in vendors converting.

This has been a vendor issue since Day 1.....items don't usually update because the description info on vendors are stored in a separate database that is not linked to the original. At least that is the technical explanation I got

Seems only the Strikers in inventories got changed, as for the elemental dam, its working fine, just remember that like you mobs can have resistance to the dam, remember those extra stats on your armour?

Yes, confirmed. I bought one, and it has the Master Carbiner cert now.

Is the elemental damage confirmed, others are saying its working fine.

Remember that most of the time the elemental damage is not much extra and in some cases your enemy might be able to resist it.

U sure the striker does elemental damage? I have checked all the strikers on the vendor search and none list elemental damage.
