I was just curios if this was an effective pve template. My main goal with this template is to be effective against HIGH end content solo. Anyone have any feedback on the temp?

I would recommend bumping it up to Master Carbs/Master Pistols/CM 4004. That way you get paralyze, thyroid rupture, and improved electrolyte drain to assist in crowd control. With the crowd control this kind of template gives you, you should be able to solo most high end content in the game using the standard root/snare and kite strategy.

I hate to burst your bubble, but this is a MULTIPLAYER GAME and thus SOE is taking away all that solo high-end garbage......

And in the Star Wars universe, including the games, movies, and books.....there are those who only work alone. I like grouping, dont get me wrong. But I have no distaste for those who choose to go solo. Whether it is for RP reasons, personality reasons, or other, it is perfectly legit to go it solo. Do I think that it should be easy? No. But I do think that it should be possible. Maybe you will only have a 50% chance of killing a Nightsister Elder, but it would still be possible.
Just because this is a multiplayer game does not mean that people can not or should not hunt/PvE/PvP on their own. I advise grouping myself, but I certainly do not presume how to tell others to spend their time when they pay they same $15 a month that I do. Let people do as they please. Soloing should always be possible, just much harder and much more unlikely to succeed...especially against elite mobs.
To me grouping is fun, and through it I think players experience the best that an MMO has to offer. SWG is different from other MMOs, however. In SWG, there is an entire social world to the game. From crafting to RPing, from the player cities and the special events, there is a LOT to do in SWG that is not combat. Therefore there are many outlets to interface with the "multiplayer experience". Even a soloer will want armor, food, weapons, clothing, BF healing, housing, and other crafted goods. They may choose to live their characters life as a hermit, or a solo ranger out in the woods, or a BH who only works alone, but they still have to depend on other players to supply their needs. This world is open and free, and it is up to every player to experience it as THEY choose to...not as someone tells them to.
So while I fully support making high end and elite mobs more difficult, I in no way wish to see the art of soloing removed from the game. And I dont even solo. LOL

The template is still decent regardless of the intent, provided CM xxx4 is included. With the 4 remaining SPs left over, I suggest getting Medic xx1x to add a tiny bit of healing power.
You'll hinder the target really well in PvE, PVP, solo-ing or group play.
Even with Pub.19, I still tear through healer based templates. But Combat Medic ones take some getting used to due to all those debuffs and all.
Carbineer + Combat Medic from what I saw is REALLY nice. It's like putting a single target as a puppet. And you're the puppeteer.
I'm probably going to try that sometime.

You missed the entire point....... HIGH END CONTENT is what is specifically being discussed here......of course there is plenty of solo content in SWG and there always will be.
BTW, this is not just my personal opinion but the mindset of SOE too.

Im Master Pistols/Master Carbines/CM 4400/Combat Prowess 2000 (Used all my SP) and I dont have Uber Stats, But let me tell you that the Crowd control abilities, DoTs and Area Heals is what make up my group. I easily was able to keep my friends heald while Hunting Krayts, not to mention the DoT Tics, if you land em right, You can do 300 dmg per second, It is what I would call "The perfect Crowd Control" Template. Buts that just me, and I LOVE IT.
