surpression fire puts a realy short snare on any target it hits moving twards You. If you put it on auto fire and have enough speed/fast carbine and target a pack of mobs with a group...If they kite with you and pick off the closest targets as they come in you can actualy hold off decent groups with this. Just cycle thrue the closest targets and mix in your other carbineer snare as the group picks them off and you wont get hit by mele. The key is to have the group moving in a circle with you...if you have a squad leader this is realy fun.

Hello first. I am Master Carbineer and have some questions about the supression fire and scatter shot. The scatter shot does only do less damage. And the supression fire do nothing. Can someone explain for what are this both shots are or are they bugged ?

Different specials do different amounts of damage... Scatter Shot is meant to be used when the target is not wearing full armor as it hits all different parts of the body. Ie. if you got no biceps, it will hit you hard on those parts where as other specials might not. There's been petitioning of better damage to it, but we'll see...

And to add to the Suppression Fire description, the timer is about 4-5 secs and it's indeed meant to be spammed.

In addition to that, Scatter Shot can also be used while kneeling unlike some other specials, so it's useful when you just have used roll shot for that little bit of extra defense.

The only shot i can't do when not standing is charge shot... so, i don't really see the point in this statement.

As already stated, scatter shot is a nice way to find holes in the opponents armour. It's also helpful when alternating attacks. As you know, legshot has some cooldown and you still have to wait for it, although you're already able to fire another shot. Many people use ranged shot for the gap to save action. If you have plenty of action spare, i advise to fill the gap with scatter shot instead. Uses less action than rapid fire and does comparable damage, so it's the better choice.

I personally am still searching for any actual use of rapid fire...

I think Rapid Fire can't be used while kneeled... Not sure, it's all based on what I remember reading here.
