Commando's flamethrower is supposed to be an AOE weapon, why can't the E11 carbine have a built in AOE to? Carbineers are supposed to do AOE damage, what's more AOE than a shotgun?

You mean the EE3, right? As for your question, probably to give Commandos some distinction.

maybe because it was broken and they were never going to fix it. plus it would make that weapon kind of over powered, atleast to me none of the AOE attacks seem that powerful, and having a gun that was about 300 damage to start with, plus a attack like brust shot or something....

Thank you and goodnight

The ee3 wasn't aoe before, it was a radius fire weapon.

No no, it WASN'T a radius fire weapons. It should have Damage Radius 3mt, but it never worked.

On FarStar: MYLO EXAGONALIS ---> Mon Calamari Pikeman / Doctor.

On Chimaera: JANTO KORMAKIS ---> Human Commando / Rifleman / Squad Leader

so why it not work now?

I was kinda hoping it would have the same AoE for a "shotgun" style effect like was originally intended as well.
