I tested this with a friend, while under the effects of this attack he was able to move normally, he had no negative modifiers to his movement.



Colonel Craxus Blade, Imperial Bounty Hunter/Master Carbineer(not so much)

Vorean Blade, Elder Jedi (Yeah my Glow stick is faster than your's)

At least we talk about it alot on TC


CripplingShot isn't working like it should either.....we have lotsa issues, please post them in the appropriate thread I have started to organize things quickly for the Devs, thanks.

It is broke, just like we have been saying all along the testing on TC.....no response on when it will be fixed.

Is this supposed to be a cone snare? I tried it and it didn't effect the movement rate of npc's moving toward me.
