Thread: E11 carbine just switched certification???

Last night the E11 was a level 14 weapon
Today it is level 54 and Master Carbineer
Could someone please explain what somoene is supposed to use to level up (someone who has not yet gotten a master Elite profession?).
I think that people are going a little bit overboard when it comes to the back loading of weapon certifications. Too uch attention is being paid to the level 80s and not enoguh to those below. JMHO (also I have a lev el 80 character, just speaking for those who do not)

I think your seeing a E11 MK2 instead of a Regular E11

This gun was in a dancers hand yesterday, her CL is 19.
Today she was told she could not equip the same gun because it is CL54/Master Carbineer

well ive heard that some of the E-11s that had DOTs on them turned in to the lower level E-11s in the CU, but a lot of people didnt like that so the Devs are slowly turning all Pre-CU E-11s into E-11 mk2. again i read that somewhere. so i dont know if that is true or not.

It's true.
I just went around to vendors. All the Enhanced E11s were showing up on the vendor with post-CURB stats and showing CL 14 as the prereq, but when I bought them they turned into E11 MarkII's CL54/MCarb
Quite annoying really.
Had to track down a Weaponsmith to custom make one.

Oh PRAISE THE Force!!!!
All E11's should convert to E11 Mk.2's. It was a bug, if you want a Level 14 Carbine, go have a WS make one.

Yes. Thank God. I picked up a full crate of Enhanced E11s before the big patch, and I was extremely depressed to have them all turn into CL 14 pieces of junk. I'll have to check mine when I can get back in the game.
