TA, any chance of you pressing the devs to make next release of information include the certifications for the new weapons so we know who is gettting what. I just want to know if we are getting all of those carbines, some, and if they will be craftable from the get go, or some very hard to loot item.
ALso, I apologize for critisizing you in on of my posts a week or two ago, because it eventually led to the whole post being deleted.
Ho'mer (Ex Master Carb/ Current Force Monkey)
Hom'er (Work In progress:Will Be Master Carb/TKM/and Fencer )
Avenir(Master Shipwright/Master Merchant/Master Artisan)

Well there is no pressing the Devs for releasing info.....that is impossible, sorry. You will get the info when they want no matter what I would ask.....and I wouldn't bother asking as it is 100% pointless at this stage. A Correspondent does not have much influence with SOE....

Very, very interesting. I have a Master Carbineer with BH Carbines and Medic 2/2/4/0 so I am very happy indeed. Am I right in assuming these changes:
1) Stims will be usable according to 'level' therefore I can ditch my medic stuff and reclaim the skill points?
2) I will no longer require the entire marksman tree just for the sake of getting BH Carbines...more skill points!
3) DOT weapons are going bye bye (hooray!) and the only DOT will be from profession specials?
I like these three points if they turn out to be true and the other details released look good too.

Not sure what you mean on #1 but #2 is most certainly true.

Well, they have stated that there will be stims that anyone can use without needing medic skills. Also, they stated that the level of stims used relate to 'the level of your character' whatever that means. So I was thinking that it related to the combat level attained etc. The point that I definitely remember is that base level stims no longer require Novice Medic anyway.
I noticed you sidestepped confirming or denying Point 4....

will dots effect the mind and health bar similiar to how they do now? for instance, will a good mind poison make it impossible to use your specials?
my apologies in advance if Im not supposed to ask this or whatver

I can honestly say I don't know......only SOE has tested the code on the CU so far. We are still working on the Prof Docs in the Corr Forum (for the second time). Up to now the Testers have been forum only.
Not sure I should be even that specific, but oh well somebody has got to say it.....we are not on the Sandbox yet, but have been through many edits of these Docs.

I know a lot more than what is in this Doc, but if it isn't in there then it isn't official.....what was Point 4 BTW?
The stims for everybody, well I don't know how that will work but do you really expect it to amount to much? If it worked like Stim B's do now, why would there even be a Medic Prof? Common sense will lead you to some answers even though this is SOE ![]()

It is NOT true until a RED name posts it......but expect some balance done at the very minimum because we all know how unbalancing the DoT weapons can be....
