Creature Handler aint much anymore, still could be okay though

Doctor

Bounty Hunter Carbine III or IV

Combat Medic (some people like to stack the carbine bleeds with the Combat Medic Poison for an awesom DoT)

Swordsman (stack the Counterattack)

Nerf Jedi

0-2-4-4 or 0-2-4-0 doctor is great. self buffing =wearing composite armor and spamming all the specials you want. good for pvp and pve

CH is good too but its a pve template primarily and with ch the way it is now, youd have to master it.

i hear CM is good but havent tried it.

I am working towards master CH/Carbineer, with 3,4,4,0 in medic. I agree with the others that doctor may make a better second prof for PvP since you can self buff.

I am Master Doc and 4 / 4 / 3.5 / 3.5 in Carbineer. I must say, it's the way to go, way more fun then I had when i was 3/4/4/4 in BH and 2/3/0/0 in CH =)

Wasnt he asking for professions other than Doc and CH?

I'd say BH carbine in that case.....

Doctor. There really is no other profession to be, you will kill yourself with specials if you aren't buffed.

If you happen to have a doctor friend who will be online everytime you need to be buffed, then swordsman for the combined counter-attack mod is an okay idea.

But seriously, if you aren't buffed, life will be very bad for you

If you doing pve only doc is best.

B but if you want to do pvp you better be bh plus carabiner template or

like me, Master carabiner, master teraskasi plus some fencing skills.

I do very well in pvp get missed a loot now and hit those fencer/pistol templates.... more than they hitting me.

I am working on Master Combat Medic right now and I must say that stacking the DOTs is a pretty wicked combo for PvE. You can easily deal 2k damage a tick with yours different DOTs and you can heal your friends! (not that anyone cares about healing others you know)

If you do get Combat Medic, its a good PvP template to but you dont need to stack multiple dots like in PvE.

In PvE I like to stack all the DoTs I have.

I.E.:

Action Shot 2, Action Poison B, Action Shot 1, Action Poison A.

Which will add C's to the poisons later.

In Pvp its more of this:

Action Shot 2, Action Area Poison B, Action Area Disease B and thats about it!

Also if you are more geared for PvE pick up some Rancor Bile as it will add like 70 charges to your Poisons. Really, really economical for your other resources.

Once I enjoyed this game. Now I find myself coming back to it even though it is not what it once was. True massocist behavior.
