Yea, my laser carb has all adv parts including stock/scope. Powered up and with a 35% damage slice, its 576 max damage 4.0 speed. Plus with a stock and scope on, it looks really cool.

watch out, some of those add alot of mindcost to the gun. Just realized my 90-320 damage laser carb with scope has like 55 mind cost. With armor on my mind drops like im a rifleman. I never thought I would have this problem since I buff myself. Stick to the 22 mind cost laser carbs.

You can see the stock and scope on your gun? hmm i just had an E11 rifle made with a scope and stock but it still looks the same

My Elite Carbine w/ Stock and Scope looks decisively Wicked indeed. somewhat high ham cost but im usually buffed whn using it so its no matter. but it certainly gets some looks.

You can only see the stock and scope if the gun was hand made. If it was made in a factory you get the benefits of the scope and stock, but cannot see them.
