Thread: my new PvP carbine....
Mine got a 33% speed slice.....when I had it capped pre-slice...
total waste but here it is.....
1.7 Speed
157 / 354 Damage
-35 / +81 / -50 Range Mods
49 / 65 / 41 HAM

^^^ this is what makes your carbine good
BAH.....all mine are around +70 at Ideal Range.....
I was never a fan of Elite's (mainly speed issues) but I got a nice enhanced E11 that I use for pvp.
145-399 spd 1.9
Range : +55 at ideal
HAM ~45/65/40
Its got a little higher damage spread but it still is pretty devestating in pvp.
Mine got a speed slice as well, but i needed it ![]()
1.7 speed169/312 damage 24.2% wound, That is with a 33% Speed 16% Min PU

The beauty of E-11s is that a 32% Minimum damage power up typically resolves the spread problem rather handily.

Guys accuracy mod is capped at +50 at ideal anyway... doesn't matter if you have 56, 65 or 81 (like me). The accuracy range on any weapon is -50 to +50 (you can test it by standing 40m from a PvE target).
sorry...but that's only the displayed accuracy modifier by the target's name, it cuts off at those limits, that's not the true accuracy.
you could test this by using a laser carbine standing at 64m against a moving target (-50 displayed accuracy mod) then again kneeling at 64m against the same moving target (-50 displayed accuracy mod). your accuracy while kneeling will be significantly better...b/c they all go into the true accuracy modifier that of course gets hit w/ a randomizer equation of some sort to count your hit/misses. accuracy mods (& while moving/standing mods, weapon range mods, and velocity of player & target all factor into it...a +110 ideal accuracy rifle will hit MUCH more than a +50.
