Carbineers have a huge handicap when it comes to speed. There are two ways to overcome this obstacle. Firstly pick the BH Carbines Line and gain more than enough speed mods to cap with any weapon requiring no tapes, or aquire +25 in tapes to add to Master Carbineer, in either case that item is quite valuable to carbineers without the BH Carbine Line. Probably more valuable as a clothing attachment, but should fetch a hefty price depending on your galaxy.

Anything at all? or does it help BH's more?

Well since we have the lowest speed of all the ranged professions that would help us get up to speed with them.

It is a nice attachment, if your trying to sell it, you might want to try your galaxy trade, esp since you havnt specified your galaxy.

And BH are maxed on speed, so it is only interesting to non BH carbineers.
