Hello all, just wanted to say ive been away from the game for a while, but im back now, (school and work conflicts

) oh, just wanted to mention, you might try and use a ee3 for state applications,

This is the second reference to an EE3 never missing in PvP....well I tested it with CoB and no CoB against my Fencer alt. The results were a few Counterattacks while /center and ONE MISS while CoB was off actually.

Not sure what you mean by State Applications, but spread your rumors elsewhere or get your posts "moderated"....bring facts or go home.
