Thread: Bloodfin Carbiners, who makes the best carbines?

I posted on the trade forum, but not getting an answer. Please let me know if you know any weaponsmith that makes a laser carb or dx6r with greater than 460max dmg.

It would be a special order for one over 460max and expect to pay an arm and a leg for it. Out of any guy I know on Bloodfin Czar is one of the best shops out there. His shop is outside of theed on Naboo the highest DamagedLaser I seen in his shop is the one I bought 420max. With aspeed of 3.This went for250k but I'm sure he will take custom orders if asked. Many people talk highly of Rambo's weapon shop out side Coronet, but I find the prices to be overpriced.
BTW Czar is the weaponsmith character name in the game aswell if you want to /tell or mail him

If you check frequently you can find decent ones from time to time at Czar's shop, but a lot of the time the vendors dont have really high damage ones on there. He had two Krayt laser carbines on his unsliced carbine vendor a couple of days ago for 2 million apeice. I think they were 370 max dmg.

Have a decent one from czar's, 446 max w/o pup, I saw the 2 krayt lasers for 2 mil each, but would suck to get a speed slice on one.

I concur with Czar, 2 mil is a bit steep on unsliced laser carbines, too much at risk. I have a 463 Laser Carb sliced I bought from the RESTUSS:RORI guy that spams coronet so often, you Bloodfin people know who I'm talking about.
Rambo has good stuff, I have two 400 damage laser carbs of his I use for PvE alot that I didn't pay too much more. I'm on the search now for a good EE3.
I bought my DXR's and Elites from Hical's shop in Galaxy City, Dantooine, all four of them are min damage 200 max damage 305 (varies barely). One DXR has a HAM cost thats through the roof.
I make short work of any player without a ranged profession (mitigation) with my laser carb, against ranged mitigaters I use my DXR and elite of course. I usually use my elite anyway, 210-305 is a helluva elite. I fear I've bought all the good carbines out of galaxy city a month or so again, hopefully he'll be restocking soon.
Hilt's weaponshop in the SE corner of Dantooine in Sabres Edge also has some nice stuff, but no place I've been has had uber carbines in stock, we aren't the most popular profession, so you're better off going the custom route unfortunately, unlike pistoleers, I see several uber DE-10's for sale normally at the alot of places.
Anyway I have a form fitted custom stock now, I just need to kill that lucky krayt that will drop the identical tissues I need for a good elite or DXR6.

Those Tylers are a real pain, heh. I created a char on Bloodfin with a few guildies in an attempt to find PvP (as Starsider was in some form of recession), and needless to say, I didn't stick around too long.. lol
