I've always been a melee pvper but I've decided to go back to bh. I was originally a 2,0,4,4 bh but dropped it due to hating grinding through investigation. But with all the current and future changes with bh I'mmastering it. This time though, instead of using master pistoleer as my primary weapon and fighting style to back bh I'm gonna do master carbineer. Just got the novice box today and 0,0,0,3 from havin my combat xp capped. Now here's my question, what does carbineer speed cap at? I wanna make myself as deadly as possible with carbines so I wanna know the caps so I know how much I'm lookin for in ca's and aa's.

Please Read the FAQ. You need a lot more questions answered than just Speed Cap....which is quite frankly the same for every prof so you really need to go back to the basics.

I have an extremely detailed section in the FAQ dealing with this, which can be confusing so focus on all the examples I have in there. But the bottom line is a Carbineer with BH Carbine Line can easily cap every single weapon without SEA's.
