Well, maybe not quite a full vendor, but on Dantoonie, Agit is a very good weaponsmith. He made me some gosu DXR6 Carbines.

I'd whole heartedly recommend Aegis. He has a shop in Valley of Darkness on Dantooine. Also I have purchased many fine wepons from Sanu outside of Theed and have heard many people say Pope is thier guy. I believe he has a shop near Coronet. All of these guys advertise regularlyon the Eclipse Trade forums. Good luck
