I will test it out tonight.....


And actually it should be slower.....that will surely get me flamed, but the best Carbineer DPS special should not be at NOVICE, IMO.

It seems to be to be firing much more slowly than it was before the patch.

Seems around .5 slower I think...then again it might be lag of Eclipse, not sure.

Well if it is a bit slower, 2.0 or even 2.2 speed delay, I think that is a good thing.
