Don't try using it unbuffed, ouch. It's triple the ham of any of my carbines, and with that speed slice it's going to make it lethal to use.

I was pounding down on a fencer the other day, with scattershot2. Hit him about 10/15 shots, then suddenly I stopped hitting him. I must have missed like 20+shots in arow. He had to have eaten some sort of defense food because I did nothing different. We were both running the whole time, I was kiting then suddenly I was unable to hit him. It was very annoying, to say the least

Either you were very lucky in the beginning or very unlucky at the end. Hopefully the latter.

He's prob right. If I notice I'm getting hit it must be because I'm not CoBed, as soon as I do nothing hits me. Maybe he ate some Pikatta Pie, it adds 45% chance to dodge which means unless you can stick some intims on him.....good luck... Carbines are inaccurate enough, trying to go against some of the other profs defensive mods is just cruel...now imagine if he hit you with a blind to add insult to injury.

Food is your friend. So are Stim Cs. They've saved my butt when I've been cornered unbuffed with but an Enhanced E11 with a similar set up.
