Alright, quick question. There is a reb/imp base, how do I sneak up on it effectively without getting any agro and not using any scout skills. Also, how do you guys go about armor? I use it and die faster by using specials. I also have the HAM reduced on armor and weapon. Do you guys recommend not using specials?

I can answer the Armor question. Get buffed. Thats all there is to it.

Is this a randomly generated mission from the faction mission terminal? I can just crawl to within at least 40-45m of any NPC before I get aggroed. Usually what happens is I will crawl to 50m of the nearest NPC, let loose as many burst shot1s as I can, then go from there.
With armor, you have three options. You can get buffed, get your stats mitgrated to better handle the higher HAM specials, or just watch your HAM bars a little closer in combat. I, personally, just migrated my stats and picked up a little novice medic skill for emergencies. I still have to watch the HAM drops when I spam a few specials, but it is not too bad.
