Min Dmg 89
Max Dmg 553
Ideal Range Acc Mod +102
I'll sacrifice a little bit of damage for +102 accagainst fencers. I can't wait to test this baby out tonight.

Don't forget your Citros Snowcake. Can give a significant boost to Accuracy, which always helps.

This is kinda related. Dueled a fencer/tk/swordsman today who was capped at 125 ranged defence. Using my +77 Ideal rangd DXR-6 and my +200 carbine accuracy (MBH, M Carbineer) I didn't miss once.

I dueled the thread poster (Nom) and I must admit, asa Fencer, he was hitting me often..
Using just the regular CoB, he was hitting 1 in every 2 shots, which against a moving Fencer, is quite a feat. We tried to stay at the optimal range of his carbine. We then tested his states and KDs.. and he managed to get a Stun using FullAuto within the first 2 shots, dizzy after that.. and a KD about 10 more shots in. Not ideal, but still better than most carbineers I've gone up against.
Altogether a nice carbine. With Citros Snowcake and an accuracy powerup, you could easily land 75% of your shots against a Fencer.
Supposing a Fencer was using dodge food, I'd estimate 50% of the shots landing with this setup. I'm pretty sure Nom is Master Carbineer / Master Bounty Hunter.. so folks, this accuracy boost is definitely confirmed to be a Fencer killer.

How do you get an accuracy mod that high?!! I have +60 @ 50m using Imp stock looted scope and some high cap things, this is on a laser carb made by a 12pt smith...

< 12pt smith... >
Say it with me: irrelevant......
12pts just means they can bump up one or two other lines (HAM, or Accuracy) a *tiny* amount once they've maxxed out the speed/damage line.
10pt smiths can max out the Speed/Damage line just fine.
Now, to get on track.
The most accurate weapon that can be made is the DXR-6b Disrupter Rifle.
My *standard* model of those has +113 Ideal Range.
Yes, this is with me maxxing out the Damage line, with an Advanced Scope (+36 Accuracy), and Advanced Stock (+10 accuracy).
Gimme 5 min and I'll make a high accuracy Carbine (I'm crafting ingame right now anyway).

OK.
Using Advanced Rifle Barrels (+18), Advanced Scope (+23, ran out of good Aluminium), and Advanced Stock (+40), all experimented for Accuracy *first*, rather than Damage.
I made pretty bad Laser Carbine. I experimented the Carbine itself for Accuracy, which was dumb, but I wanted to see what it did. I got
45-224, 5.5spd, +87 Ideal.
Seeing as it was at +90 ideal before I experimented Accuracy on the gun itself, I'm going to do the same, but experiment Damage as normal, first.

Right, same sub-components (roughly).
Laser Carbine 55-276, 4.3spd. +86 Ideal
DXR-6 Carbine 119-184, 4.8spd, +80 Ideal
Given that my standard Advanced Scope is another 12pts higher on the Accuracy, you can easily hit +100 Ideal range with a Carbine.
Compared to my normal Carbine:
My usual Laser and DXR-6 is:
Laser: 74-308, 3.9spd. +67 Ideal
DXR-6: 142-204, 4.4spd, +61 ideal.
The difference:
The difference here is the Stock. Everything else is normal for my weaponry.
My normal stock is Min 32/Max 32, + 0.299 spd, +10 Ideal
The Stock I used for these was: Min 10/ Max 12, +0.688 spd, +40 ideal.
If you want an Accurate carbine, just ask your local weaponsmith.
I can't speak for them, but I'm fairly happy to do custom orders, and I don't charge extra for it.

If your on Chilastra I mass produced a bunch of very accurate guns.

I haven't really had much of a chance to test them though because Jedi have really turned me off from PvP. I'll duel a fencer friend and let you know though as soon as I finish re-mastering BH.

< Nice interesting conversation with yourself>
Indeed.
Well, I get bored churing out the same oul' stuff time after time.
I think, after that little bit of experimentation, I'll start upping the accuracy of my guns (ie for my personal use). I can live with a minor speed/damage hit.
Conversely, whoever 1-starred him for a little light poking: get over yourself. I mean, REALLY....

Hey thanks for posting Addy, however my template didn't include MBHer. I didn't feel thatSprayshot and such a tiny bit of acc was worth 4003 TKA. As is I'm just waiting/hoping for a better Jedi and combat balance, and ifranged has a chance against Jedi I'll consider picking up Investigation 3. However if the CombatRevamp is fullof empty promises, bad coding, and that goes for JtLS I'll be saying goodbye to SWG.
