Im save for a Krayt Elite Carbine(price dosnt matter), I want to know in your oppinion should I wait til after the Combat balance(whenever that may be), Or should I go ahead and have it made now?

You could probably buy one, wear it out and buy another, several times before the combat balance.

And you should think about getting a DXR6....they have almost identical stats as the Elite but they punch clean through a PSG

The Carbine of choice for PvP is the DXR6, not the Elite.
