Thread: man we really need more speed

we shouldnt have to stack just to hit at 2 secconds

Well, BH IV and Master Carbineer makes a huge difference, but I agree, it shouldn't have to be like that. I recently dropped my Assault Tactics tree thinking that the speed from marksman and BH carbines would be enough. My crippling shots went from 1 second to 3 and a half. Soon as I max combat XP it's back to Carbineer... I cannot STAND pistols. Though... The melee defenses are very useful, and the state defenses.

we dont need more speed...rifle needs less speed...the way it was supposed to be was:


pistol - high speed/low damage

carbines - mid speed/mid damge

rifle - low speed/high damage


but its currently:


pistol - high speed/low damage

carbine - mid speed/mid damage

rifle - high speed/high damage


we're fine...rifle is just too fast right now for it to be balanced

Actually acording to the devs rifle was supposed to have high speed/ high dmg/ but **edit**ty defences like nothing. Plus even with that speed at master we don't shoot specals at once a second hs3 like 1.5 strafe shot2 2.5-3, flushing/starlte/flurry 2, hs2 1 second. ya drop our speed it will be alot worse, and also we got no other profession to stack with like you and pistoleer. Hope this brings it into persective. And does it cost ya 10 million jut to max out the speed cap?

Rifle's should be slow, you have to aim after all.. pistols should be fast, but not very accurate unless at point blank, and carbines should be med speed by spray damage everywhere at all ranges..

ya then imagine grinding it we shooting our shots ever 20 seconds. And dude it costs us anywhere from 10mil to 20 mil to max out speed depending on weather we got master marks. And those are realistic figures are **edit** is mad expensive.

You can get mastr marksman (that is dabling isn't it) and u only need 2+ then. 2+ dpes not cost u 10mill. carabineer need master marksman and 25+ (yes u cant get speedcaped without master marksman or bh). Do the math it does not add up

where did the devs say rifle was supposed to have high speed/high damage? that doesnt make any sense...

SO IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING LIKE

PISTOLEER: HIGH SPEED, LOW DAMAGE, HIGH DEFENSES
CARBINEER: MED SPEED, MED DAMAGE, MED DEFENSES
RIFLEMAN: HIGH SPEED, HIGH DAMAGE ,LOW DEFENSES?????????????????????????

IF ARMOR WASNT SUPER-UBER THAT WOULD BE ABOUT RIGHT.
