I think MBH + Novice Carbineer gives you enough speed, no need to pick 4xxx.

^^Not true. However, I still agree you should go 0400 because it gives you crippling shot. 4000 gives you scatter - which does good damage but it already done by crippling - and gives you stun hits - which you have from confusion shot. Speed is very important, if not THE most important thing for carbineers though. You CAN do well without crippling, and just use scatter instead. It's up to you.

ScatterShot2 has the same DPS as CripplingShot, so don't get hung up on CripplingShot being the only decent shot under Carbineer......

The Speed in 4XXX is really a waste because you will cap a 2.7 Speed Weapon without SEA's at just Novice Carbineer.....so a box in Speed and then Accuracy would be great if you have the points for it.

well with MBH ill already cap my accuracy and with 4XXX will have my speed to 105... If i did X4XX it would be like 185 accuracy.... Im wondering if crippling shot is worth it? Burst shot is extremely powerful as it is

I suggest taking atleast 1xxx so that you are at +90 speed. This whay you can use insanely slow but high damage carbines and still cap speed.
