Wow, this is seems to have all the answers.

I guess I screwed up when I purchased my:

+25 Carbine Speed.

+25 Accuracy

+25 Accuracy while moving

+18 Carbine Aiming.

I really should have gone BH since my 89-620 (2.4 speed) Laser Carbine must suck. Oh and my Enhanced E11, 178-420 (2.8 speed) is really crappy without the BH line.

If you have +25 carbine speed SEA you will hit the speed cap with Crippleshot at 2.8 weapon speed or faster. How do you get a great weapon (Laser Carb or E11 or DXR6)? First thing is you must have some Imperial Retreat Stocks, they are -.5 speed vs an advanced stock of +.5 speed. That alone will make your gun 1 second faster, and you can make some very nice non Kryat Laser Carbs with a good damage slice, some where around 85-420 with power up and slice and speed should be 2.8-2.9. Last thing, get some nice speed kryat tissue at least (-0.5) and problem solved.

BH Carbs is most certainly NICE, but not REQUIRED....

It it quite easily shown that the Defense Stacking of 4440 Fencer and Pistoleer 0044 with maxed SEA's is far more effective in PvP than having BH Carbs....
