What do you guys do to do well in PvE with carbine? the pets dont take all the aggro anymore and unlike rifleman i dont have /cover so how do you do so well PvE? Everyone says carbineer is great PvE but why? what specials and and what order do you use them?

Well once you get up the BH tree you'll never talk bad about carbineer again lol.

you can use action shot to drop the mob to its knees, then blast it for a bit with fullauto, or crippleshot, then when it gets up use charge shot to knock it down, and blast it again.
you gotta learn how to control your targets. if 2 things start charging you, shoot one with actionshot to make it kneel, then switch to the other and start blasting that. you just have to juggle between the two using PC and KD moves
or do area attacks

im only about 10k xp away from novice carbineer, but what i usually do (against spice fiends) is /actionshot1 that make sthem kneel, and takes away abuot a third of their action pool, then i spam /legshot and two or three legshots takes teh rest of their action pool. I know they're only spice fiends, but i just started a few weeks ago.

Carbineer and CH are simply AWESOME in PvE. You need to learn how to get the aggro on all your pets, then learn how to wipe out the mobs with Carbineer.
Trust me, it can be done, I have tanked everything up to Krayts with my pets

I'm a carbineer/BH/CH and I have no carbine skills from BH. All you need to do is either have your pet attack the den while you spam an area shot which I find works REALLY well, I typically hunt Quenkers or Savage Quenkers as I'm only 2,1,0,2 Carbineer at this point. The thing to remember if you need CH XP though is to use Mask Scent and stay 45m away. Just send your pet in (I use a GSP) and as soon as I see the targes HAM go down for the first blow I open up on it and it ends pretty quickly, I find Charge Shot and Full Auto Single 2 are a great combo. I just suggest getting buffs so you can spam specials without having to worry about healing yourself every 3 minutes. As long as you have a good pet and keep a buffer between you and your target then your pet almost always draw's their attention, and even when it does charge me my pet gets the agro back before the mob has a chance to reach me. The charge shot can help with this since it knocks the enemy down allowing you to restablish your buffer and your pet to get the agro back.

I'm a 4/0/2/3 carbineer and a 1/1/1/3 CH and I love it! PVE is a breeze even with natural non bio-engineered pets. Sick your pet on the enemy and if it's a single Mob, use a charge shot early, and then just throw a burst shot or full auto single after, or if it's a lot of mobs, use full auto area liberally. I prefer to stand a bit closer than I should so I can quickly pop my pet with a pet stim if things get hairy. If you have a good close-in carbine with shorter ideal range, you can work this tactic without even wearing any armor and with no buffs. Just make sure you have a few good pet stims hotkeyed so you can heal up your tank. It's almost foolproof. there have been the occasions when I've been overwhelmed by 6+ mobs and didn't have time to stim my pet, but that's in a dungeon where you should know better
Under normal circumstances you can't go wrong with Carbineer/CH. It's better than Pistoleer/CH because you can get ideal range further away from the enemy while your pets engage in claw-to-hand combat with them. Using a laser carbine you can be so far out that even if your pet goes down, you have plenty of time to KD your mob before they reach you. Withsimilar skill levels the Carbineer is uncontestedly better in PVE than pistoleer IMHO. And the CH, while not as useful in PVP, totally OWNS in PVE.
