Howdy

First of all, I apologize if I sound like a dabbler. I am a Master Bounty Hunter who is looking for some ways to better my template. Word is that after the correspondant summit Jedi Saberblock is going to be reworked to the point where using ranged attacks isn't suicide. Tanks, the BH corr, is also pressing for the weapon switch delay to be addressed because as Bounty Hunter's we are forced to master a wide variety of weapons. If these changes are put in, I'll be interested in creating a MBH who is equally balanced in both pistols and Carbs (building on what the BH profession is).

Right now the most attractive skill in Carb is Counter Insurgency 4: Suppression Fire 2. With KD food being readily available, I know the weakness of the Carbine's seemingly powerful KD attacks. Fortunately, posture-down-to-prone + Dizzy = indirect KD, which makes Sprayshot+Supp Fire 2 very nice.

So basically what I'm asking is how effective is Supression Fire 2 combined with dizzy in PvP, or am I better off with sticking to SF1 and spending my SP elsewhere in the Carb box? Thanks

Use SF 2 if you have multiple people after you

If it's just one, use Action Shot 2.

I am pretty sure Suppression fire 2 is single target, but I think it should be area effect, in the same way a carbineer gets an aoe KD in the same line as the single KD

Hi, Well doen't forget actionshot1. Its nice and puts a action bleed on the target. Mulitple targets is action shot 2. (also a bleed) suppression fire2 is just a posture down attack(single target) its handy to do /actionshot1 fas2 fas2 cs1 actionshot2(seperate actionshot bleed which stacks nicely with actionshot1) crippleshot. scattershot2. legshot3 (wich is a nice stuning attack keeping your target dazed, and i have been doing some personal tests and i have found to miss left often with legshot3 (believe this could be an accuracy mod). throw in a couple willdshots, fullauto, and burst their sorry azZ in to nothingness for their foolishness.

Hmm, no kidding? Actionshot2 is a ranged PD? Hmmm, that's at nov carb too, this changes everything *heads back to the skill calculator*

/sigh and here I though I almost had this figured out, lol

Samous, take action shot two and invest your skill points in accuracy/speed.
