Why is carbineer the ONLY elite marksman profession who doesnt get a special at the master box

Because we have more Specials than any other prof....
I believe we have 16 or something like that.....next closest is 12 I believe but I haven't added them up for awhile.
Of course nobody here can really answer your question....call SOE....
